This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Brain Breeze Games for Stanza (dailystanza.com). We process all payments through Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Brain Breeze Games offers a 14-day full refund policy for all subscription purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your Stanza subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date—no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for a Stanza subscription

This policy complies with Paddle's buyer terms and provides you with consumer protection for digital purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at support@dailystanza.com with your purchase details
  • Contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt

Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Order/transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method through Paddle.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period (outside the 14-day window)

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day refund window
  • Automatic renewal charges (please cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
